For day spas
Spa software that keeps every treatment on schedule
Uply Meet is spa software for online booking: guests choose a treatment, a therapist and a time on your own booking page, and the calendar makes sure no therapist is ever booked twice. Reminders go out by email before each visit, and guests can move their own appointment without calling the front desk.
It is made for small and mid-sized day spas that want online spa booking without a marketplace taking a cut of new guests. Set it up once with your treatments, prices and opening hours, then share one link.
Deposits and card payments are not built yet Coming soon. Uply Meet takes no payments today.

What your guests see when they book
A spa menu can be long, so the booking page keeps it calm: each treatment shows its length and price, the guest picks one, and only the times that really fit appear. A 90 minute massage is not offered at 4:30 when the therapist finishes at 5:30, because the 15 minutes you keep for resetting the room counts too.
Guests who live abroad, or who book the spa ahead of a trip, see each time in the spa's own time zone and in their local time, so nobody arrives an hour early after a flight.

One calendar per therapist, not one shared diary
Most spas outgrow a shared paper book the week they hire a second therapist. With Uply Meet every therapist is a bookable calendar with their own working hours, breaks and days off. Guests can ask for someone by name or take any available therapist, and the booking lands in the right column of your day view, in that therapist's color on the Studio plan.
Part-time staff stop being a puzzle. A therapist who only works Thursday evenings and Saturdays simply has those hours, so the booking page never offers them on a Monday. Public holidays are set once for the spa and close every calendar on that date.
Under the hood this is the same scheduling software that runs every Uply Meet page, started with a spa menu instead of a blank list.
Time to reset the room between guests
Fresh linen, a wiped table, warm towels and a moment to write notes: a treatment room needs time before the next guest walks in. Every service in Uply Meet has its own buffer before and after it. That time is blocked on the therapist's calendar but never shown to guests, and the spa presets start with 15 minutes after each massage and facial.
One honest limit: Uply Meet schedules people, not rooms. If you have fewer rooms than therapists on a shift, plan staff hours to match your rooms. Separate room scheduling is not part of the product today.
Fewer empty tables from forgotten bookings
A missed 90 minute treatment leaves a big hole in a spa day. Every guest gets an appointment reminder by email 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit, with a private link to reschedule or cancel. The link respects the cancellation notice you choose, such as 24 or 48 hours, and a freed slot reopens for other guests straight away.
Why two reminders and not one? In clinic studies, a meta-analysis found that several notifications improved attendance more than a single one (Robotham et al., BMJ Open, 2016). Those studies measured healthcare appointments and mostly text messages, not spas, so we treat them as the reason for our default rather than a promise. On Pro you can change both the timing and the wording.
Rituals, packages and longer visits
Spa days often combine treatments. The simplest way to sell a combination online is as its own service: the preset "Spa ritual: massage and facial" is one 2 hour booking with one therapist, priced as a package, so guests never have to book two slots back to back and hope they line up.
Prices on your booking page are for display. Uply Meet does not take payments, so guests settle the bill at the spa just as they do now. Deposits for each service are planned Coming soon.
Spa management software without a marketplace
Many all-in-one spa management software tools come with a consumer marketplace. Fresha's US pricing page, for example, lists $19.95 per month for its Independent plan and a 20% one-time commission, with a minimum fee of $6 per client, on brand new clients who find you through the Fresha marketplace (fresha.com/pricing, prices checked October 25, 2026).
Uply Meet has no marketplace and takes no commission. Guests reach you from your own website, your Google profile, your Instagram bio or the QR code by reception, and what you pay depends only on your plan. If you are weighing it as a fresha alternative, the comparison sets out where each one fits, including what Uply Meet does not do yet.
Spa treatments you can start from
When you create your account and choose Day spa, these treatments are offered as a starting menu. Rename them, change lengths and buffers, add your own prices, or untick the ones you do not offer. Editing a service later never moves bookings that already exist.

What a spa pays
A spa with a single therapist can start on Free and move to Pro once it needs more than 100 online bookings a month or wants to edit its reminders. Spas with a team use Studio: $20 a month for two therapists plus $8 for each extra, so a spa with five therapists on the rota pays $44 a month, or $33 a month billed yearly. Paid plans come with a 7-day trial and no card. Every detail is on the pricing page.
- Free$0, 100 online bookings a month, 1 bookable staff member
- Pro$12 a month, or $9 billed yearly, 1 bookable staff member, no monthly booking cap
- Studio$20 a month for 2 staff plus $8 for each extra staff member, or $15 plus $6 billed yearly
Day spas: questions and answers
Can guests book a specific therapist?
Yes. Guests can choose a therapist by name or pick any available therapist. Each therapist has their own working hours, breaks and days off, so the booking page only offers times that therapist can really take.
Can Uply Meet schedule treatment rooms?
Not today. Uply Meet schedules people: each therapist is a calendar, and two overlapping bookings for the same therapist can never both be saved. If rooms are your bottleneck, match therapist shifts to the number of rooms you have.
Does Uply Meet take payments or deposits?
No. Prices on your booking page are display prices and guests pay at the spa. Deposits for each service are on the roadmap and are marked Coming soon wherever they appear on this site.
Is Uply Meet a spa POS?
No. Uply Meet handles booking, reminders and your calendar. Keep your current till or card reader for payments and retail sales.
What happens when a guest books from another country?
The booking page shows times in your spa's time zone and, when the guest is somewhere else, in their local time as well. Time zone rules come from the IANA Time Zone Database, which also tracks daylight saving changes.
How do guests reschedule a treatment?
Every confirmation email has a private link. Guests open it to move or cancel without an account, as long as they are inside the notice period you set. After that point the page shows your contact details instead.
