For lash artists
The lash booking app built around fills and full sets
Uply Meet is a lash booking app for lash artists and small lash studios: clients book a classic, hybrid or volume full set or a fill from one link, long appointments stay protected, and every lash appointment gets reminder emails and a private link to reschedule.
It runs in the browser, so it works as the Book now link on your lash website, the link in your Instagram bio and a QR code at your station, without asking clients to download anything.

A lash menu with honest appointment lengths
Lash services are long and they vary: a volume full set takes far more time than a two week fill. Your booking page lists each service with its length and price and only offers times where the whole appointment fits before your next client or the end of your day.
Clients can add a note when they book, for example that they are coming from another artist's set, which tells you before they arrive whether a fill is realistic.

Fill rules your clients can follow
Fills are the backbone of a lash book, and they are where most mix-ups start. The lash presets split fills by age, up to two weeks and up to three weeks, each with its own length. Rename them to match your policy, and use the description to say what happens when a set is older than that.
Because each fill is a separate service, a client booking a two week fill gets a two week fill's worth of time, and a client who waited too long sees straight away that they need the longer slot.
Your lash extensions policy, agreed at booking
Late cancellations sting more in a lash studio than almost anywhere else, because one empty slot can be two hours of your day. A lash artist on Reddit put it this way: "I'm tired of seeing a fully booked day and, minutes before, having clients cancel or no show entirely" (r/lashextensions).
Uply Meet shows your cancellation policy at the end of the booking, and the client agrees to it before confirming. You set the notice period. Before it, clients can move or cancel with their private link; after it, the link shows your contact details instead. Deposits that would let you hold a fee are planned Coming soon.
Before your lash appointment: say it once
Clients who arrive wearing mascara or straight from the gym cost you time. Put your prep notes in each service's description, such as "Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes," so clients read them while they book.
Each client then gets an appointment reminder by email 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit, which makes the day before a natural moment to remember your instructions. On Pro you can rewrite the reminder text to repeat your prep notes word for word.
Time to reset between clients
After a two hour set you need to change the bed cover, clean your tweezers and restock. The lash presets block 15 minutes after each set and fill. Lash lifts and removals start unticked, since not every artist offers them.
If you work from home or rent a room, add your hours as several blocks on the same day, for example a morning block and an evening block around school pick-up, and the booking page will only show times inside them.
Free booking sites for lash techs, compared honestly
If you are just starting out, a free scheduling app is often the first stop. Uply Meet's Free plan covers one artist and 100 online bookings a month, with both email reminders included. Setmore's free plan also includes email reminders and covers up to 4 users, and removing Setmore branding needs its Pro plan (setmore.com/pricing, prices checked October 25, 2026).
The difference is focus. Uply Meet starts you off with lash services, clean-up buffers and fill lengths already set, and it has no marketplace of its own. The setmore alternative page goes through both side by side.

Lash studios: questions and answers
How do clients know whether to book a fill or a full set?
Each service has a description under its name. Write your rule there, for example that fills are for sets done in the last two or three weeks, and clients read it while choosing.
Can clients agree to my cancellation policy when they book?
Yes. Clients agree to your policy before confirming a booking. They can reschedule or cancel online only inside the notice period you set; after that they have to contact you.
Can I take a deposit for full sets?
Not yet. Deposits for each service are planned and labeled Coming soon. Today Uply Meet does not process payments.
Can I offer a patch test before a first set?
Yes, as its own short service. Clients book it like any other appointment, and the full set can be booked afterwards.
Can it be my lash website?
Your booking page is a simple public page with your services, prices and open times, and you can link to it from your own website. Embedding the booking page inside another site is planned and marked Coming soon.
Do clients need an app or an account?
No. Clients book in the browser with their name and email, and they manage the booking from the link in their confirmation email.
