Is Uply Meet free?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and includes 1 bookable staff member, 1 booking page, up to 100 online bookings each calendar month and email reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each visit. Pro ($12 a month, or $9 a month billed yearly) removes the monthly limit.
How does Uply Meet stop double bookings?
Each time slot is locked in the database the moment it is booked. If two clients try to book the same staff member at the same time, only one booking goes through and the other client is shown the nearest open times.
Can clients reschedule or cancel without an account?
Yes. Every confirmation email includes a private link. Clients use it to move or cancel their appointment without signing up or logging in, within the notice period you set.
Which time zone are bookings shown in?
Your business time zone is set once. When a visitor is in a different time zone, the booking page also shows each time in their local time, so nobody turns up an hour early or late.
How do I pay for Pro or Studio?
Try the plan first with a 7-day trial, no card needed: pick it on the pricing page and the trial starts when your booking page goes live, or start it later from your dashboard. To keep a paid plan, request an invoice by email from the Plan section of your dashboard. We switch the plan on once it is paid. If you do nothing, the account goes back to Free and keeps all your data.
