Nail salon software for gels, fills and full sets

Uply Meet is nail salon software for online booking: clients choose a gel manicure, an acrylic fill or a full set from your own link, each service keeps its real length plus time to clean the station, and reminder emails go out before every nail appointment.

It suits nail techs who work alone and small studios with a few stations. There is no marketplace and no commission, and clients book without an app or an account.

Your nail menu as clients see it

Nail services vary a lot in length. A classic manicure is quick, a gel removal followed by a fresh set takes far longer, and an acrylic full set longer again. The booking page shows each length next to the price, so clients pick the right service instead of booking a short slot for a long job.

When a client chooses a full set, only times with room for the whole service and your clean-up are offered, which keeps the rest of your day from running late.

Fills, removals and full sets

The hardest part of nail booking is guessing how long a visit will take. A client who wants a new gel color over an old set needs the old gel soaked off first; a client two weeks into acrylics needs a fill, not a full set. Listing those as separate services, each with its own length, means the calendar holds the right amount of time.

Use the service description for the details clients often get wrong, such as "Book this if your last set was done within three weeks." It appears under the service name on your booking page, right where the choice is made.

Techs, stations and clean-up time

Every service has a buffer after it, so you have time to sanitize tools, clear the dust and set up the station for the next client. The nail presets start with 10 minutes after manicures and fills, and 15 minutes after full sets and pedicures.

In a studio with more than one tech, each tech is a calendar with their own hours on the Studio plan. Clients can ask for their favorite tech or take the first one free, and the day view shows every tech side by side.

A pedicure chair is not a calendar of its own: Uply Meet schedules techs, not chairs. If you have one pedicure chair and two techs, the simplest setup today is to offer pedicures on one tech's calendar.

Reminders and a clear cancellation window

Every booking gets an appointment reminder by email a day before and again 2 hours before, with a private link to reschedule or cancel. You choose the cancellation notice, for example 24 hours, and after that point the link shows your contact details instead of a cancel button.

Clients agree to your cancellation policy before they confirm, so it never comes as a surprise later. If you charge a late cancellation fee, collect it the way you do today; Uply Meet does not hold cards, and deposits are still ahead of us Coming soon.

Booking software, not a nail POS

Many searches for nail salon software are really about a point of sale: a till that rings up services, retail and tips. Uply Meet is not a POS. It handles booking, reminders and the calendar, and it works next to whatever card reader or register you already use.

That narrow focus keeps setup short. Your booking page is live once your services, prices and hours are saved, and the QR code can sit on the front desk for clients booking their next fill on the way out.

How it compares with an all-in-one salon suite

Vagaro, a common all-in-one choice for salons, lists $30.00 per month for one bookable calendar plus $10 for each extra calendar, up to seven licenses (vagaro.com/pro/pricing, US pricing, prices checked October 25, 2026). It also bundles a marketplace listing, payments and much more.

If what you mainly need is online booking and reminders for a nail studio, the vagaro alternative page sets out what you gain and what you give up by choosing Uply Meet.

A studio with two or more techs uses Studio: $20 a month for two techs plus $8 for each extra. See the full pricing for yearly prices and the 7-day trial.

  • Free$0, 100 online bookings a month, 1 bookable staff member
  • Pro$12 a month, or $9 billed yearly, 1 bookable staff member, no monthly booking cap
  • Studio$20 a month for 2 staff plus $8 for each extra staff member, or $15 plus $6 billed yearly

Nail studios: questions and answers

Can clients book a fill instead of a full set?

Yes. Fills and full sets are separate services with their own lengths and prices. Use the description to tell clients which one to choose, for example how many weeks old a set can be for a fill.

Is Uply Meet a nail salon POS?

No. It handles booking, reminders and your calendar, but it does not ring up sales or take card payments. Keep your current register or card reader for that.

Can I add nail art or extra length?

Add them as services of their own, each with a length and a price. Custom booking questions are on the roadmap and marked Coming soon.

What if a client does not show up?

Mark the booking as a no-show in the dashboard. On Pro you also keep notes and a visit history for each client. Uply Meet does not charge no-show fees for you.

Can a client book a manicure and a pedicure together?

Offer the pairing as one combined service with its own length and price, or let the client make two bookings one after the other. A combined service keeps both on one tech's calendar.

Do clients need an account to book?

No. They book with a name and an email, and every confirmation has a private link to reschedule or cancel without logging in.
