About Uply Meet
Uply Meet is online booking software for day spas, massage therapists, barbershops, nail, lash and tattoo studios. It gives each business a booking page where clients pick a service, a staff member and a time, then sends email reminders before the visit. Uply Meet is built and run by Creativism, a digital marketing agency in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, founded by Ahmad Thariq Syauqi.
Why we built it
Many small studios still take bookings by phone, direct message or a paper diary. That works until two people are promised the same slot, a client forgets the time, or the owner spends the evening answering "are you free on Saturday?" instead of resting.
The tools that solve this tend to fall into two groups. Meeting schedulers are cheap and simple, but they were designed for calls, not for a service menu with prices and staff. Salon platforms do everything, but often charge per staff member, add fees on new clients, or start at a monthly price that is a lot for one person. Uply Meet sits between them: the parts a studio needs, a free plan to start, and no commission.
What Uply Meet does today
- A public booking page per business, with a link and a QR code
- Services with their own duration, price and buffer time
- Working hours, breaks, holidays and time off per staff member
- Your business time zone, plus the visitor's local time when it differs
- No double bookings: overlapping bookings for one staff member are rejected by the database
- Email confirmations with a calendar invite, and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before
- Reschedule and cancel links for clients, with no account and within your cutoff
- A day and week calendar for you and your team
