Simple pricing for appointment businesses
Start free. Pro is $12 a month ($9 billed yearly) for one staff member. Studio is $20 a month for 2 staff, plus $8 for each extra staff member; billed yearly it is $15 and $6. Prices are in US dollars, before any VAT or sales tax.
Every plan runs the same appointment booking engine: a booking page, email reminders and a database guarantee against double bookings. There are no setup fees, no contracts and no commission on your bookings.

Invoice by email
To keep a paid plan, request an invoice from the Plan section of your dashboard or at hello@uplymeet.com. We switch the plan on once it is paid. Online card checkout is not available yet.
Nothing is deleted
When a trial ends without payment, the account goes back to Free. Bookings, clients and settings all stay.

- Uply Meet is not the cheapest option at every team size. Square Free costs $0 a month because Square earns on card processing (for example 2.6% + 15 cents in person on its Free plan).
- Setmore Free covers up to 4 users at $0 with email reminders, so a small team that wants to pay nothing can stay there.
- Acuity Standard ($34 a month for up to 6 calendars) costs less than Studio for teams of 4 to 6, and Acuity Premium ($69 for up to 36) costs less from 9 staff. Acuity has no free plan.
- Vagaro stops charging after 7 calendars, so it costs less than Studio from 11 staff. Fresha Team ($14.95 per member) costs more than Studio at every team size from 2, and Fresha charges a one-time 20% commission (minimum $6) on new clients from its marketplace. Booksy adds a one-time 30% fee (up to $100) on new clients only when its Boost feature is on.
- Calendly is built around meetings and charges per seat; its free plan does not include automated reminders.
- These products include features Uply Meet does not have yet, such as payments. Compare the whole package, not only the price.

Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free costs $0 with no card and no time limit. It includes 1 bookable staff member, 1 booking page, up to 100 online bookings each calendar month and email reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before each visit. Bookings you add yourself are always saved; they get client emails while your online and added bookings together stay within 100 that month.
How does the free trial work?
Press Start my 7-day trial under Pro or Studio and create your account: the trial starts as soon as your booking page is live. If you are already on Free, start it from Settings in your dashboard. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the account goes back to Free unless payment has been arranged, and no data is deleted.
How do I pay for Pro or Studio?
Request an invoice by email, from the Plan section of your dashboard or by writing to hello@uplymeet.com with the plan and billing period you want. We send the invoice by email and switch the plan on once it is paid. Online card checkout is not available yet. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are.
How is Studio priced for a bigger team?
Studio costs $20 a month for 2 staff members ($15 billed yearly), plus $8 a month for each extra staff member ($6 billed yearly). A team of 5 pays $44 a month, or $33 a month billed yearly.
Is there a limit on reminder emails during early access?
Yes. While Uply Meet is in early access it sends from a shared email account with a daily sending limit, and each business has its own share of it. On a very busy day booking confirmations go out first and a reminder can be held; your dashboard shows a "Reminders paused" banner when that happens. Public signup opens only once Uply Meet sends from its own email account.
Do you charge fees on bookings?
No. There is no commission, no booking fee and no marketplace fee. You pay only the plan price.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Bookings, clients, services and settings stay. On Free only 1 staff member can be booked online, and the monthly online booking limit applies again.
Which features are not available yet?
Deposits, booking form questions, embedding the booking page on your website, Google Calendar sync and multiple locations are Coming soon. They are not included in any plan today.
